Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using the services of Kevsra Enterprises Limited ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"), you ("Client," "you," or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.

Services Description

Kevsra Enterprises provides professional development and training services including:

• Corporate training programs
• Leadership development courses
• Digital skills training
• Professional certification programs
• Customized organizational training solutions

Registration and Enrollment

To enroll in our training programs, you must:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Be at least 18 years old or have organizational authority
• Pay applicable fees as outlined in your selected package
• Comply with all program requirements and policies

Payment Terms

Payment terms include:

• Full payment is required upon enrollment unless other arrangements are made
• Prices are in Kenyan Shillings (KES) unless otherwise stated
• Payment processing is handled by secure third-party processors
• Additional fees may apply for customizations or special requirements

Cancellation and Rescheduling

Cancellation and rescheduling policies:

• Cancellations must be made at least 7 days before the training start date
• Rescheduling requests should be made with reasonable notice
• Emergency cancellations will be considered on a case-by-case basis
• No-shows may forfeit full payment

Intellectual Property Rights

All training materials, content, curricula, and methodologies are the exclusive property of Kevsra Enterprises Limited. Clients may use materials for internal training purposes only and may not reproduce, distribute, or sell our proprietary content without written permission.

Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality regarding client information and organizational details shared during training programs. Clients should similarly respect the confidentiality of our training methodologies and materials.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kevsra Enterprises Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities arising from our services.

Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure to perform our obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, pandemics, or other unforeseen events.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Kenya. Any disputes shall be resolved through the courts of Kenya.
