At Kevsra Enterprises Limited, we strive to provide exceptional training experiences. This refund policy outlines the terms and conditions for refunds and cancellations of our training programs.
Refund Eligibility
Full Refund (100%)
You are eligible for a full refund if:
- Cancellation is made more than 14 days before the training start date
- We cancel the training program for any reason
- We fail to deliver the contracted training services
- Technical issues prevent program delivery (for online training)
Partial Refund (50%)
You are eligible for a 50% refund if:
- Cancellation is made 7-14 days before the training start date
- You withdraw from a multi-day program after completing less than 25% of the sessions
No Refund
No refund will be provided for:
- Cancellations made less than 7 days before the training start date
- No-shows or failure to attend scheduled training
- Withdrawal after completing 25% or more of a multi-day program
- Dissatisfaction with training content that meets the described curriculum
- Personal or business circumstances that prevent attendance
Rescheduling Options
As an alternative to cancellation, we offer rescheduling options:
- One free rescheduling if notice is given at least 7 days in advance
- Training credit valid for 12 months from original booking date
- Subject to trainer and facility availability
- Additional rescheduling may incur administrative fees
Refund Process
To request a refund:
- Submit a written refund request to refunds@kevsratraining.com
- Include your order number, training details, and reason for refund
- We will review your request within 3-5 business days
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
Special Circumstances
Medical Emergencies
In case of documented medical emergencies preventing attendance, we may offer full refunds or rescheduling options regardless of the cancellation timeline. Medical documentation may be required.
Corporate Bookings
Corporate clients with multiple bookings may have customized cancellation terms as outlined in their service agreements. Standard policy applies unless otherwise specified in writing.
Weather or Natural Disasters
Training cancelled due to severe weather or natural disasters will be rescheduled at no additional cost or fully refunded at the client's preference.
Dispute Resolution
If you disagree with our refund decision, you may request a review by contacting our management team. We are committed to finding fair solutions for all parties involved.
